Tony Altimore is a strategy consultant with years of experience advising corporate, government, and nonprofit clients on strategic direction and analysis. With ACC, he is able to support clients on both larger and smaller projects, with flexibility to be nimble in delivering just the right amount of support and team size that clients need, doing it in a way that is both more affordable and impactful that larger firms can.
Prior to leading ACC, he consulted in-house with TIAA’s Corporate Strategy & Development team, Tony previously worked with the Strategy practices at Monitor Deloitte and Booz Allen. He also served globally as an officer with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and as an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse, following its merger with DLJ. Working only in free time, he also founded the Potomac Adventures Company.
Tony has been a featured speaker at the Out & Equal Workplace Summit and the Brookings Institution’s Digital Finance Roundtable for leaders in finance, tech, and policy, and been featured on SiriusXM radio.
Tony received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, is in an alumnus of the honors program at the USC. He has held Top Secret clearances from both the U.S. and Canadian governments.
Splitting time between New York City and South Florida, Tony is extremely involved in a variety of community endeavors and helps organize an annual leadership program for undergraduate students. Additionally, he is a competitive cyclist, an avid sailor, an awful golfer, and a devout football and baseball fan.
